In my environment today May 9, 2008 there is so much pollution. Pollution in the air we breathe, the water we drink, the ground where we grow our food, and even the increasing noise we hear every day, they all contribute to health problems and a lower quality of life. With all the technology that's only getting better I wonder what the environment will be like 100 years from now. Will there be a cleaner energy production, energy efficient autos and buildings, improved mass transportation. Maybe it will not improve and stay the same or god forbid get worse. Our landfills are full now what will happen in your time, will they find a better way to reduce it or more efficient ways to recycle. How is the environment now? I am a very family oriented person and though I will not get to meet my future relatives 100 years from now, I would like to know if they were living on a clean and purified earth.

I also included in this capsule keepsakes very valuable to me.

Each of my childrens graduation cap tassels.

A C.D. with the first song my husband and I danced to at our wedding.

My granddaughter's favorite Dora sippy cup.
What will the kids be drinking out of in the future?

A picture of my first car.

A photo from my family reunion.
